（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾27日專電）南韓總統府青瓦台發言人閔庚旭今天代表青瓦台表示，南北韓將繼續展開協商，南韓應冷靜面對。南北韓間協商並未結束，才剛開始。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社引述分析，南北韓在板門店高層對話，就改善兩韓關係達成多項協議，而閔庚旭上述發言，提醒輿論在雙方尚未取得實質性成果的情況下，不要認為南北韓關係已大為好轉。

閔庚旭強調，南韓政府在南北韓關係上保持著慎重態度，詳細公開南北韓此前的談判細節，將不利於今後協商。

報導也引述閔庚旭就南北韓間會談表示，會談方式和與會雙方代表層級等具體事項尚未確定，青瓦台會在日後公布相關消息。

南韓統一部官員指出，北韓中央通信社於26日報導稱，羅先地區降雨量超過250mm，造成40多人傷亡。南韓氣象廳等相關機構正在確認這是否屬實。至於是否幫助北韓賑災，官員表示，南韓政府的基本立場是，只有在北韓提出請求時，南韓政府才會考慮是否提供幫助。1040827
